Your order number can be found in:

  • The confirmation email sent after placing your order
  • The order success page shown after checkout
  • Any status update emails we've sent you

Order numbers look like: COC-20260107-ABC123

  • Pending Order received, awaiting confirmation
  • Confirmed Order confirmed and being prepared
  • Processing Order is being packed
  • Shipped Order is on its way to you
  • Delivered Order has been delivered

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive:

  • An email notification with tracking details
  • A tracking number visible on this page
  • A link to track on the carrier's website
